Is the course really 100% online?
Yes. All teaching is delivered live over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and the exams are sat online. You only need a laptop and a stable internet connection.
Do I need any prior experience?
No prior experience is required. The course is designed to take complete beginners through to exam-ready.
How does the deposit work?
You can reserve your seat by paying a deposit at checkout. We then collect the remaining balance before your course start date.
How long is the course?
It runs Monday to Friday for two weeks, with your two exam papers on the final Friday.
What do I get when I book?
You receive an instant booking confirmation by email, and a printed study pack is posted to your address. Your Zoom joining link is emailed to you ahead of the start date.
What equipment do I need?
A laptop or desktop computer with a webcam, plus a reliable internet connection. Tablets and phones are not suitable for the online exams.
What happens if I fail an exam?
You can re-sit. Our tutors will guide you on the awarding body’s re-sit process and help you prepare.
Which payment methods can I use?
Secure card payments via Stripe and payments via PayPal are both supported at checkout.
